We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at CENTEX PETROLEUM. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring that they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Manage the store's inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate records.
- Authorize payments and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the store manager to achieve sales and customer service goals.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of retail operations and sales strategies.
