- Customer Service: Foster a positive customer experience by resolving issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and minimizing losses.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Store Operations: Establish work schedules, authorize payments, and resolve issues that may arise, including supply shortages and customer complaints.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail experience, with a focus on customer service and team management
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week
