About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Sousa Holdings Ltd. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our retail store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store operations are running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the retail store, including managing inventory, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure that they are meeting their performance goals.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Merchandising: Work with our merchandising team to ensure that our store is stocked with the latest products and that our displays are visually appealing.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to senior management.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all store operations are in compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
  • Language: English.
