We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Store Sales Associate to join our team at Dulux / Betonel. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with contractors and customers, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Assess customer needs and provide personalized solutions, including paint and supply recommendations.
- Work collaboratively with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate with customers.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and overtime.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift, move, and stock store products safely and efficiently.
