Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team as a Merchandiser - Part Time. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for executing cosmetic relines, setting up store fixtures and displays, and establishing relationships with store management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cosmetic Reline Execution: Execute cosmetic relines in stores, ensuring that products are properly displayed and stocked.
  • Store Fixture Setup: Set up store fixtures and displays efficiently and accurately by following provided planograms.
  • New Store Renovations/Relocations: Assist with new store renovations and relocations, ensuring that all fixtures and displays are properly set up.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with store management, ensuring that our products are properly displayed and stocked.
  • Product Replenishment: Replenish products in stores, ensuring that shelves are fully stocked and displays are properly maintained.
  • Online Reporting: Utilize our online reporting system to track and report on sales and inventory levels.

Requirements:

  • Planogram Experience: Previous experience with planograms is preferred, but training is available.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to read and follow planograms and assemble store fixtures and displays.
  • Product Knowledge: Product placement merchandising experience, particularly in the cosmetic industry, is an asset.
  • Reliable Transportation: Reliable transportation is required to travel to stores.
  • Organizational Skills: Organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills and a commitment to meeting tight deadlines.
  • Communication Skills: Proactive, a good problem solver, and possess excellent communication skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently or with other merchandisers.
  • Technical Skills: Comfortable working with smart phone type technology.
