Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Merchandiser to join our team at Neptune Retail Solutions. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring our retail stores are well-stocked and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards across all retail locations
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of merchandise
  • Oversee the distribution of merchandise to outlets, ensuring efficient and cost-effective processes
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; no degree, certificate, or diploma necessary
  • Will train on the job; prior experience in retail or a related field an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines and handling repetitive tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required; mileage paid
  • Work Term: Permanent; Work Language: English; Hours: 3 to 8 hours per week
