Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Retail Stocking Associate to join our team at Coast Mountain Sports. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for receiving and stocking merchandise, maintaining accurate inventory levels, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and process incoming stock, including unloading trucks and counting merchandise
  • Stock shelves and display areas, ensuring a visually appealing and well-organized store environment
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels, including counting and reconciling stock
  • Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping and mopping floors
  • Assist with order picking and filling, including retrieving merchandise from stockroom and preparing for shipment
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-6 months of experience in a warehouse or retail environment preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
