At Coast Mountain Sports, we are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Retail Stocking Associate to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for receiving and stocking merchandise, maintaining accurate inventory levels, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and unpack merchandise, checking for damage or discrepancies
  • Stock shelves and display areas, maintaining a visually appealing store environment
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels, using computerized systems to track stock
  • Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping and mopping floors
  • Assist with order picking and filling, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment
Requirements:
  • 1-6 months of experience in a warehouse or retail environment
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and stand for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
