Job Title: Retail Shelf Stocker

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Retail Shelf Stocker to join our team at Coast Mountain Sports. As a key member of our inventory management team, you will be responsible for maintaining our store's stock levels, ensuring accurate inventory records, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process incoming stock, including counting, weighing, and sorting items
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking stock levels and identifying discrepancies
  • Restock shelves and display areas, ensuring a visually appealing and well-organized store environment
  • Process customer transactions, including bagging, boxing, and preparing items for shipment or delivery
  • Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve inventory management goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-7 months of experience in a retail or inventory management environment
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and stand for extended periods
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
