Job Title: Personal Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Support Worker to join our team at The Care Company Inc. as a Caregiver Assistant in a Home Support role.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide high-quality care and support to clients in their homes, assisting with daily living activities, personal care, and household tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene
  • Provide companionship and social support
  • Assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals
  • Administer bedside and personal care
Requirements:
  • Personal Support Worker Certificate
  • CPR and First Aid Certification
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
