Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimator - Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing accurate and detailed estimates for our projects, as well as managing the project lifecycle from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our company's products and services
  • Conduct site visits and gather information to create accurate estimates
  • Prepare and submit detailed estimates to clients, including scope of work, timelines, and budgets
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and engineering
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the metal fabrication and installation industry
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and codes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
