Sales Associate

Join our team at McAllister Place - Store 222 as a Sales Associate and play a vital role in promoting our core values. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional service to customers and build lasting relationships with them.

About the Role
  • Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be responsible for promoting our core values and providing exceptional customer service.
  • You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and use this information to make personalized recommendations.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date on new products and services.
  • You will work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including visual merchandising and store displays.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in retail, preferably in apparel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to stay up-to-date on new products and services.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
