  • Utilize blended learning methodologies to cater to diverse learner needs, promoting a culturally inclusive environment.
  • Provide constructive feedback to students on the BrightSpace learning platform.
  • Stay up-to-date with curriculum demands and adjust instruction accordingly to meet learner needs.
  • Maintain and update curriculum materials to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
  • Adhere to Saskatchewan Polytechnic's policies and procedures.
  • Pursue professional development opportunities to enhance instructional skills and stay current with employer and educational requirements.
  • Establish relationships with external partners and employers to support students in practical work experience, as required.
  • Attend program and school meetings to ensure collaboration and communication.
Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities
  • Bachelor of Education or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Two years' recent experience working with children in an educational setting.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong instructional ability and adaptability to changing technology.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity.
