Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records of medications and pharmaceutical products.
  • Prepare and maintain equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working condition.
  • Enter client information into databases and ensure accurate prescription information.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Assist pharmacists with tasks, such as preparing prescriptions and answering client questions.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that stock levels are adequate and that expired or damaged products are removed.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, manage routine office functions, and order supplies and equipment as needed.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a pharmacy or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
