Job Title: Pharmacy Technical Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technical Assistant to join our team at Charolais IDA Pharmacy.

Job Summary:

The Pharmacy Technical Assistant will provide administrative support to our pharmacists and contribute to the smooth operation of our pharmacy. This role involves maintaining accurate records, preparing and maintaining equipment and supplies, and ensuring the information on prescriptions is accurate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prescriptions and medications
  • Prepare and maintain equipment and supplies as needed
  • Enter client information into databases and maintain accurate records
  • Assist pharmacists with tasks as required
  • Maintain inventories of medications and pharmaceutical products
  • Prepare and maintain cleanliness of collection areas
  • Order supplies and equipment as needed
  • Organize and maintain inventory of medications and pharmaceutical products
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a pharmacy or related field
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Work Environment:
