Pharmacy Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pharmacy Supply Assistant to join our team at Charolais IDA Pharmacy. As a Pharmacy Supply Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy by managing inventory, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records of medications and pharmaceutical products
- Ensure timely ordering and restocking of supplies and medications
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and customers
- Assist pharmacists with tasks such as entering client information into databases and preparing prescriptions
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Perform general clerical duties such as answering phones and responding to emails
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a pharmacy or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
