Restaurant Operations Lead

Vesuvio's Ristorante is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment.
Key Responsibilities:- Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring we always have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing complaints or concerns in a prompt and professional manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily restaurant operations, making adjustments as needed to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Supervise a team of 5-10 employees, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their full potential.
- Work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Candidates should have 2 years of experience as a restaurant manager, with a focus on leadership and customer service.
- Vesuvio's Ristorante offers mentorship programs that pair newcomers and/or refugees with experienced employees.
- This is a permanent position, working 35 hours per week.
- The work language is English.
The estimated salary for this role is around $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
