At Avance Consulting, we are seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors HCM Functional Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Planning and Variable Pay solutions
- Develop and maintain business requirements documentation and configuration workbooks
- Collaborate with global compensation process owners to define business requirements and translate them into configurable objects
- Configure SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Planning solution for global organizations
- Provide technical expertise and support for SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Planning and Variable Pay solutions
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution
- At least 6 years of experience in implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors solutions
- Current and active certification in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Planning and Variable Pay solutions
- Experience in Solution Lead roles in End-to-End SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay Implementation Projects
- Excellent understanding of global compensation and salary planning processes
