We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team at JDAARSDS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT INCORPORATED. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the interior and exterior surfaces of our properties are beautifully painted and decorated.
Key Responsibilities- Surface Preparation: Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted, including repairing cracks and holes.
- Paint Application: Mix paint to the desired color and texture, and apply it to interior and exterior surfaces using various techniques.
- Wall Decor: Measure, cut, and apply wallpaper and other fabric to walls, and advise clients on colors and choice of wall coverings.
- Equipment Operation: Erect scaffolding and swing stages, and attach rigging as needed.
- Estimation and Planning: Estimate costs and materials required for each project, and plan the work accordingly.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule: 32 to 40 hours per week.
