About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team at JDAARSDS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT INCORPORATED. As a key member of our property maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the interior and exterior surfaces of our properties are beautifully painted and decorated.

Key Responsibilities
  • Surface Preparation: Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted, including repairing cracks and holes.
  • Painting and Decorating: Mix paint to desired color and texture, measure, cut, and apply wallpaper and other fabric to walls, and advise consumers on colors and choice of wall coverings.
  • Equipment and Machinery Operation: Operate brush painting, patterned rollers, and roller painting equipment.
  • Estimation and Planning: Estimate costs and materials required for each project.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience, or equivalent experience.
  • Work Setting: Various locations, including on-site customer service.
  • Language: English.
  • Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
