We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team at M KABIR CONTRACTING INC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and repairing cracks and holes.
- Mix and apply paint to interior and exterior surfaces, ensuring a smooth and even finish.
- Measure, cut, and apply wallpaper and other fabric to walls, taking into account the client's preferences and design requirements.
- Provide expert advice to clients on colours and choice of wall coverings, ensuring they achieve the desired look and feel.
- Erect scaffolding and swing stages, and attach rigging as needed to access high areas.
- Estimate costs and materials required for each project, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in the painting trade.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends and evenings.
