Automotive Parts Specialist

Are you passionate about the automotive industry and enjoy interacting with people? We're looking for a skilled Automotive Parts Representative to join our team at Lordco Auto Parts, Canada's largest independently-owned automotive parts retailer.
As an Automotive Parts Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, recommending aftermarket auto parts and accessories, and working collaboratively with fellow staff to source and deliver solutions for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service experience
- Recommend aftermarket auto parts and accessories using your automotive knowledge
- Work with fellow staff to source, order, and deliver solutions for customers
- Seize opportunities to grow your automotive knowledge
- Perform various tasks to ensure team success
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of automotive and/or sales experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and positive manner
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift items up to 50lbs
