Position: Automotive Parts Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Automotive Parts Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, recommending aftermarket auto parts and accessories, and working closely with colleagues to source and deliver solutions for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support
  • Recommend and sell aftermarket auto parts and accessories using your automotive knowledge
  • Collaborate with colleagues to source, order, and deliver solutions for customers
  • Continuously develop your automotive knowledge and skills
  • Perform a variety of tasks to ensure team success
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in automotive and/or sales
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with customers in a friendly and positive manner
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift items up to 50lbs
