Automotive Parts Specialist

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Automotive Parts Representative to join our team at Lordco Auto Parts. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, recommending aftermarket auto parts and accessories, and working collaboratively with colleagues to source and deliver solutions for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service experience, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all customers.
- Utilize your automotive knowledge to recommend and sell aftermarket auto parts and accessories, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Work closely with colleagues to source, order, and deliver the right solutions for our customers, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Continuously develop and expand your automotive knowledge, staying up-to-date on the latest products and technologies.
- Perform a variety of tasks throughout the store to ensure the team's success, including receiving and stocking inventory, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of automotive and/or sales experience, with a strong understanding of aftermarket auto parts and accessories.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and positive manner.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift items up to 50lbs, with a strong attention to detail and time management skills.
