EcoSafe Zero Waste Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our financial transactions and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule events, programs, and activities to ensure timely payment of invoices
- Train workers in duties and policies related to financial transactions
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless financial operations
- Provide emergency response when required to resolve financial issues
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Permanent position with 40 hours per week
- Language of work: English
- Accurate and organized with attention to detail
- Reliable and a team player
- MS Excel
- Accounting software
