Accounts Payable Manager

EcoSafe Zero Waste Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our financial transactions and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule events, programs, and activities to ensure timely payment of invoices
- Train workers in duties and policies to maintain a high level of productivity
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
- Ensure the accuracy of financial transactions and resolve any discrepancies
- Co-ordinate and assign work to team members to meet deadlines
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
- Arrange for maintenance and repair work to minimize downtime
- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Permanent position with 40 hours per week
- Fluency in English
