Job Duties & Responsibilities
  • Hauling materials in a 40T rock truck.
  • Loading and dumping materials.
  • Smoothly operating machine controls.
  • Performing routine equipment inspections, meticulously examining tires, fluids, lights, and brakes to ensure optimal functionality and safety.
  • Adhering to project specifications and guidelines to maintain quality standards.
  • Championing our safety culture by adhering to Morgan's Safe Work Procedures and PPE policies.
  • Showcasing your exceptional judgment and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrating your versatility by collaborating effectively with team members and independently taking ownership of tasks.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience operating a 40T rock truck in heavy civil earthworks, construction, mining, or oilfield maintenance services industry.
Requirements
  • Must have (or be willing and able to obtain) CSTS-09/OSSA Regional or BSO or CSO, Intermediate First Aid, H2S Alive, and/or Awareness, Bear Awareness.
  • Able to shovel out equipment tracks.
  • Provide your own steel-toed 6" lace-up boots (CSA Approved).
  • Able to repetitively and safely lift up to 50lbs.
  • Alcohol, Drug, and fit-to-work testing is a pre-employment requirement.
Working Conditions

    • Expect to handle noise and vibrations on the job.
    • Must be able to work up to 12 hours a day.
    • Must be able to work day or night shifts.

Benefits

Rate: $23.00-$29.00 per hour, dependent on experience.
