This role requires a highly productive individual who can lead by example, mentoring junior designers and shaping our UX/UI strategy. As a senior designer, you will be expected to understand business objectives and translate that understanding into suitable user experiences.

We're looking for someone with extensive experience in Figma, including automated layouts, components, and design libraries. You should have a deep understanding of UI patterns, user journey design, and responsive web applications. Knowledge of utility styling frameworks and atomic design structure is also essential.

In addition to your technical skills, you should have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to facilitate between designers, developers, and project managers.

Required Skills and Qualifications
