At Dog and Pony Studios, we believe great design shapes how people interact with the world. We're looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer who thrives on solving complex design challenges for global enterprises while pushing creative boundaries. The ideal candidate has expertise in designing and maintaining enterprise design systems in Figma, combined with a creative flair for crafting world-class user experiences.

What you offer:

This role requires a sustained, highly productive person. You will be expected to help lead the team, serving as a facilitator between designers, developers, project managers and product owners. You will play a key role in evolving our enterprise design systems, ensuring scalability and consistency across global projects, while mentoring junior designers and shaping our UX/UI strategy. As a senior designer, you seek to understand our clients' business objectives and are able to translate that understanding into suitable user experiences. You will be working in a highly functional agile environment, interoperating between creative directors, project managers, designers and developers. You will be expected to have mastered the following:

  • Corporate experience with global enterprise clients and design systems
  • Extensive experience in Figma: automated layouts, components, design libraries
  • Creative flair for originating unique website concepts
  • Ability to deploy and follow highly sophisticated design systems (Figma)
  • Deep experience building and documenting new design systems (Figma)
  • Excellent website, product and user experience design skills
  • Deep understanding of UI patterns and user journey design
  • Designing responsive web applications
  • Knowledge of utility styling frameworks and atomic design structure
  • Knowledge of CSS, HTML, Web Standards (W3C) and Accessibility (WCAG)
  • Extreme focus and attention to detail – i.e. a designer's eye
  • Meticulously produced and maintained design files
  • Ability to interpret and deeply understand business objectives
  • Ability to transform business requirements into practical design solutions
