We are seeking a skilled Blinds Installation Specialist to join our team at Shan Blinds Ltd. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality installations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install interior prefabricated products, including blinds and shades, to exacting standards.
  • Provide professional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements and ensure accurate installations.
  • Repair and service exterior and interior prefabricated products, including blinds and shades.
  • Determine layout and installation procedures, taking into account customer preferences and product specifications.
  • Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations, ensuring accuracy and precision.
  • Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies, including hand tools and power tools.
  • Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment, ensuring efficient and safe transportation.
  • Supervise other workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Utilize hand and power tools, including drills, saws, and sanders, to complete installations and repairs.
  • Erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms, ensuring safety and accessibility.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Physical demands of the job include standing for long periods, lifting up to 9 kg (20 lbs), and working at heights.
  • Personal suitability includes punctuality, accuracy, and a client-focused approach.
