We are seeking a skilled Blinds Installation Specialist to join our team at Met Blinds. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for installing interior prefabricated products, ensuring a high level of professionalism in customer service, and adhering to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install interior prefabricated products with precision and attention to detail.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements.
  • Repair and service interior prefabricated products as needed.
  • Determine layout and installation procedures to ensure efficient and safe installation.
  • Measure and mark guidelines for installations, ensuring accuracy and precision.
  • Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies, ensuring a safe and organized workspace.
  • Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment, adhering to safety protocols.
  • Supervise other workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Utilize hand and power tools, ensuring proper maintenance and storage.
  • Erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms, adhering to safety regulations.

  • Bondable and reliable, with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Physically demanding role, requiring stamina and endurance.
