About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Inside Technical Sales Representative to join our team at John Brooks Company. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, product selection, and quotation preparation, while also supporting our outside sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including efficient and accurate order entry, effective time management, and timely communication with customers.
  • Support our outside sales team by identifying customer opportunities, issues, and concerns, and building strong relationships with customers.
  • Prepare high-quality bids and quotations, including coordinating with suppliers and providing technical information.
  • Develop advanced knowledge of our order entry and CRM software, and implement the company's strategies and visions.
Requirements
  • College diploma in a related field.
  • Fluent in English and French.
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of related experience in industrial sales.
  • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong technical aptitude and a general understanding of industrial processes.
