Food Service Operations Manager

Limbros Food Services Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities:- Budgeting and Cost Control: Develop and manage budgets to determine the cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen, and cleaning supplies.
- Operations Evaluation: Evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Menu Planning and Pricing: Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget.
- Staff Management: Monitor staff performance, plan and organize daily operations, recruit staff, set staff work schedules, supervise staff, train staff, and conduct performance reviews.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that supplies are adequate and that waste is minimized.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed at all times.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service management role.
- Work Setting: Willing to relocate.
- Supervision: 5-10 people.
- Personal Suitability: Dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organized, reliability, team player, and ability to multitask.
English.
Work Hours:30 hours per week.
