Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise a team of food service staff to ensure excellent customer service and food quality.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation.
  • Manage inventory and supplies to ensure efficient operations.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks that require walking and lifting.

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment where you will be working with a team to provide excellent customer service and food quality. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be required to stand for extended periods, walk, and perform tasks that require lifting.
