About the Role

As a Change Management Strategist, you will be responsible for leading organizational change initiatives to drive business growth and improvement. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of facilitating workshops with varied stakeholders, including senior executives, and developing effective change management plans that minimize disruption and maximize benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to communicate changes and gather feedback
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for process enhancements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of changes
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • At least 10 years of experience in business analysis, project management, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of business process reengineering and change management methodologies
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
Bonus Requirements

Prior experience working in higher education is highly desirable. Additionally, certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP) or project management (e.g., PMP) is an asset.
