The OpportunityThe Learning Deployment Manager is responsible for providing comprehensive deployment support, including LTE consultations and end-to-end deployment activities for Global L&D learning solutions. These solutions may be released on various platforms within the LTE, such as content management and release support via CMS, GLMS, Virtual Classroom platforms, Degreed, and MTM. Key activities include developing collection sites and pages, creating evaluation links and reporting, deployment support for Train-the-Facilitator sessions, Virtual Classrooms, and Instructor-Led Training, including pre and post-launch activities.
Key Responsibilities- Understand business needs and priorities identified by Strategic Business Partners for deployment of learning solutions across the Learning Technology Ecosystem for content management, ILT, TTFs, eLearning, videos, pathways, and VC learning solutions deployment.
- Provide support for reporting requirements from associated content platforms for scheduled and on-demand reports.
- Offer guidance and direction to supporting content management resources on the upload process of all Global L&D learning solutions to ensure consistency with a defined Global L&D hierarchy and related tagging and naming conventions critical for Global L&D reporting.
- Create issue logs for platform issues and liaise with Global People sub-teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Manage mailbox queries related to content queries, deployment support, and act as the primary point-of-contact for triaging to project and deployment leads.
- Collaborate with ITS and Digital HR on testing activities related to content release platforms in the LTE.
- 3-5 years of experience deploying learning solutions across various content management platforms with a focus on business improvement and operations in a global, complex matrix environment.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience.
- Strong ability to grasp technical knowledge to understand platforms, technology, and applications.
- Multi-tasker with coordination, planning, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage competing deliverables.
- Ability to work with virtual stakeholders and team members in various time zones.
