Associate Solution Deployment Manager

We are seeking an Associate Solution Deployment Manager to join our Professional Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the onboarding process for our SMB customers, ensuring a seamless and successful experience on our platform.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage multiple projects concurrently, working with customers to identify and document success criteria.
- Develop and implement overall implementation schedules to meet client objectives.
- Document and share project activities to ensure alignment and continuity across departments.
- Facilitate the development of functional and technical specifications to meet client requirements.
- Configure and implement functional and technical specifications as needed.
- Identify, quantify, and communicate risks internally and externally.
- Manage ongoing implementation, project documentation, and ensure projects stay within utilization and budget targets.
- Strong desire to become a Docebo product expert.
- Experience in IT service implementation and delivery or IT project management.
- Working knowledge of project management principles.
- Understanding of consulting processes and the software implementation lifecycle.
- Solid knowledge of application programming and system design.
- Natural inclination to resolve customer problems and help them achieve success.
- Experience working with support, QA, and product teams.
- Fluency in French and/or Spanish.
- Ability to travel as required.
- General knowledge of programming languages and specific experience with REST and ETL services.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in implementation, project management, or technical consulting.
- Experience in E-Learning/Learning Management industry preferred.
