We are seeking a detail-oriented and physically capable Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Forest View Apartments & Pineridge Townhouses. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
  • Dust furniture and fixtures to ensure a dust-free environment
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture to maintain a clean and tidy appearance
  • Make beds and change sheets to ensure a clean and comfortable sleeping environment
  • Distribute clean towels and toiletries to residents
  • Stock linen closet to ensure a sufficient supply of linens
  • Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
  • Disinfect operating rooms and other areas to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
  • Clean and disinfect elevators to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
  • Handle and report lost and found items to ensure a smooth and efficient process
  • Provide basic information on facilities to residents
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and tidy environment
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
  • Wash windows, walls and ceilings to maintain a clean and tidy appearance
  • Clean changing rooms and showers to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Ability to handle heavy loads and physically demanding tasks
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and tidy environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing situations
