Job Title: Intermediate Project Engineer

Startec Compression and Process is seeking an experienced Intermediate Project Engineer to join our team at our Glenmore Office location. As an Intermediate Project Engineer, you will play a key role in coordinating detailed engineering, procurement, and fabrication for assigned projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate detailed engineering, procurement, and fabrication for assigned projects
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards
  • Assist in planning and executing projects, including budget management and construction oversight
  • Develop and manage project schedules and man-hour budgets
  • Manage non-conformances, requests for information, and trends in support of the management of change program
  • Implement and maintain safety management systems, emergency response plans, and environmental monitoring programs
  • Communicate effectively with external stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, facilities management, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in the design, engineering, and fabrication of gas processing facilities
  • Experience in facility design, construction, and maintenance, preferably in a similar industry or environment
  • P.Eng (APEGA) or Professional Licensee (Engineering)
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint)
