Startec Compression and Process is seeking a skilled Intermediate Project Engineer - Facilities to join our team at our Glenmore Office location. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating detailed engineering, procurement, and fabrication for assigned projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate detailed engineering, procurement, and fabrication for assigned projects.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.
- Assist in planning and executing projects, including budget management and construction oversight.
- Develop and maintain safety management systems, emergency response plans, and environmental monitoring programs.
- Communicate effectively with external stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, facilities management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in the design, engineering, and fabrication of gas processing facilities.
- Knowledge of typical oil and gas equipment and systems, including separators, towers, storage tanks, flares, and knockouts.
- P.Eng (APEGA) or Professional Licensee (Engineering).
- Strong ability to work well with customers, vendors, designers, and fabrication staff.
