Job Description
The Senior Proposal Development Specialist will be responsible for leading the end-to-end process for proposal development, including coordination, planning, improvement, and creation. This includes reviewing Request for Proposal documents, filing, organizing, and distributing Proposal related documents, defining and managing the proposal response plan, and internal communications associated with the proposal development. The successful candidate will also participate in proposal strategy meetings, creatively and effectively draft the complete layout, written, graphic, photo content specific to each proposal, manage, plan, and inform team on proposal development and prequalification's for projects, collaborate with management and operations teams to manage and maintain the bid schedule, develop content and source material for submissions, assemble all Proposal documents, support efforts to monitor submissions against proposal best practices and industry standards, collect data on client and projects schedules for the business, and perform clerical and administrative duties as required.
About You
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a similar role within the Construction industry, as a Proposal Manager, Project Manager/Coordinator. They will also have experience with developing, scheduling, and managing proposals in construction professional services, which will be considered an asset. A high level of experience in MS Office (Word, Project, Power Point, Excel), Adobe Acrobat/Bluebeam is required, and experience in Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator is an asset. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, exceptional business acumen and professional attitude, experience in a team-oriented environment, exceptional time management skills, ability to prioritize and multi-task within a fast-paced environment and operate within tight deadlines, strong organizational and analytical skills, and understanding of CCDC Documents will be considered an assets.

We offer a competitive Base Salary $80,000 - $110,000 per year, plus a yearly bonus structure, Employer-Paid Extended Health & Dental Benefits, Ongoing company social activities and celebrations, Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm, excluding statutory holidays, and travel may be required to regional offices and clients, based on business needs.
