Reporting to the Director, Pre-Construction the Proposals Manager will work closely with the senior management teams and operations in developing and submitting proposals.

Lead the end-to-end process for proposal development including coordination, planning, improvement, and creation including but not limited to:
Creatively and effectively draft the complete layout, written, graphic, photo content specific to each proposal
Manage, plan, and inform team on proposal development and prequalification’s for projects
Collaborate with management and operations teams to manage and maintain the bid schedule, develop content and source material for submissions
Assembly of all Proposal documents
Collection of data on client and projects schedules for the business
Clerical and administrative duties as required
5+ years of experience in a similar role within the Construction industry, as a Proposal Manager, Project Manager/Coordinator
~ Experience with developing, scheduling, and managing proposals in construction professional services will be considered an asset
~ High level of experience in MS Office (Word, Project, Power Point, Excel), Adobe Acrobat/Bluebeam is required
~ Experience in Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator is an asset
~ Understanding of CCDC Documents will be considered an asset


Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm, excluding statutory holidays.
