Risk Management Specialist

Join our team at GGB - Global as a Client Relationship Manager and take on a challenging role that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills. As a key member of our global brokerage team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their risk management goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their risk management needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Work closely with our team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and develop strategies to achieve these goals.
- Collaborate with our account executives to ensure seamless client service and support.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of risk management principles and practices, with the ability to provide expert advice to clients.
- Level 1 licensing considered a strong asset for the role.
- CAIB, CIP or CRM designations considered an asset for the role.
- Knowledge of EPIC an asset.
