Risk Management Specialist

Join our team at GGB - Global as a Client Relationship Manager and take on a challenging role that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills. As a key member of our global brokerage team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their risk management goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their risk management needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Work closely with our team to identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services to clients.
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide reception support and maintain a professional image in the office.
- Stay up-to-date with new products and policy changes to provide expert advice to clients.
- Manage a designated portfolio of clients to ensure business retention and growth.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong knowledge of risk management principles and practices.
- Level 1 licensing or equivalent experience.
- CAIB, CIP, or CRM designations an asset.
