Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day operations of the terminal, including supervising staff and coordinating with other departments.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve terminal efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize transportation routes and schedules.
