Manufacturing Quality Team Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Professional to lead our manufacturing quality team in the standardization and optimization of production processes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining ISO 9001 certification, ensuring the rigorous adherence to quality procedures, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with production teams to monitor and optimize critical processes, and develop performance indicators to measure quality.
  • Coordinate audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards, and develop action plans to address any deviations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and partners to ensure the quality of raw materials and services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on quality assurance and process improvement.
  • Proven leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Bilingualism in French and English is essential, as the position requires interaction with English-speaking suppliers and partners.
