Team Leader, System Quality Assurance

Team Leader, System Quality Assurance

We are seeking a highly skilled Team Leader, System Quality Assurance to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for supervising a multidisciplinary team in the standardization and optimization of production quality processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation of ISO 9001 certification and ensure that ISO standards and quality procedures are rigorously maintained.
  • Monitor the implementation of production FMEAs and define audit plans for all assembly processes and quality monitoring.
  • Coordinate the resolution of malfunctions and points for improvement raised in audits.
  • Monitor manufacturing data to target priority opportunities and influence departments to implement improvements.
  • Create and maintain production quality performance indicators.
  • Respond to external plant audits with BRP authorities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or other relevant discipline.
  • Three to five years' experience in a manufacturing environment and/or project management.
  • Professional management experience.
  • Bilingualism in French and English essential.
  • Proven leadership and interpersonal skills, excellent ability to work as part of a team, to mobilize and influence others.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
