Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish protocols for the production of Can-Am vehicle chassis.
  • Ensure the feasibility and cost-effectiveness of components produced in-house.
  • Evaluate the technical, financial, temporal, and quality implications of project alternatives.
  • Maintain the fabrication master plan and update progress reports in SAP.
  • Assist production facilities during launch phases and enhancement initiatives.
  • Promote effective communication among manufacturing, engineering, procurement, and other divisions.
  • Notify management regarding project risks and proposed actions.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical, industrial, or metallurgical engineering.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with metal fabrication and transformation methods is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in both English and French is mandatory; Spanish is a plus.
  • Experience with CAD and CATIA is beneficial.
  • Strong skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SAP.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Capability to influence, collaborate, and work efficiently within a team.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.
  • Commitment to diligence and disciplined execution.
