About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic individual with a passion for precision and a knack for competitive pricing strategies. As a Drywall Estimator, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading estimation excellence by taking the reins on estimating drywall projects of all shapes and sizes.
  • Collaborating with vendors and subcontractors to obtain the best pricing and ensure timely submission of quotes.
  • Working hand-in-hand with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Developing and maintaining cost budgets for projects, tracking expenditures throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in drywall and steel stud estimating with a track record of project wins.
  • Experience in high-rise, commercial, and residential projects.
  • Strong mathematical skills for strategic planning.
  • Familiarity with local building codes and regulatory compliance.
