Finance Director

Star Logistics Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Finance Vice-President to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, ensuring the effective allocation of resources, and driving strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to drive business growth and profitability.
- Financial Reporting and Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintenance of financial records.
- Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of financial professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure high performance and engagement.
- Strategic Partnerships: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including business leaders, and external partners, such as suppliers and customers, to drive business growth and collaboration.
- Operational Excellence: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a senior financial role, preferably in a logistics or transportation industry.
- Skills: Strong financial planning and analysis skills, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
